Today at the Ruby Slippered Sisterhood, I talk about what I’ve learned about creativity from Trent Reznor, and from Dave Grohl’s “Sound City” documentary.
At the Ruby Slippered Sisterhood, I blogged about the factors I consider when trying to decide whether or not to buy a book.
They were…more complex than I’d originally imagined.
We are very sad at the Hogan house. After a thankfully short but very unexpected illness, our beloved, naughty Weasel died yesterday morning.
We buried him in one of his favorite places, in the the garden near the raspberry bushes, with his favorite toy, some Greenies, and of course, some catnip. We miss him already.
There is a kitty-shaped hole in our hearts.
Today at the Ruby Slippered Sisterhood, I talk about what’s been up with me – or with my writing, at any rate.
The takeaway from this post? My work in progess, ENTHRALL ME, clattered off-track, pushing its publication date back to early 2015.
Please sign up for my newsletter if you’d like to receive notification of its publication date (once I know what it is).
I recently blogged at The Ruby Slippered Sisterhood on the intersection of art, music, and emotion – and what it takes to make me, a stoic Scandinavian, cry.
