Playing some catch-up…

Posted Apr 5 2017

I’ve been so focused on re-releasing my Underbelly Chronicles books that I’ve forgotten to  provide links to some blog posts I’ve written at my primary blogging spot, the Ruby Slippered Sisterhood.

From Feb. 24, 2017:  Not So Fast…  A blog post about so-called ‘slow’ writing, and the ‘cult of productivity’ that some feel has arisen in Romancelandia.

From Mar. 31, 2017: Stranger than Fiction  A  post about how truth can be stranger than fiction , especially when it comes to inadvertently revealing pieces of yourself in your work.

I’d love it if you swing by. Visitors – and new regulars – are always welcome!

The Underbelly Chronicles Series Reboot!

Posted Feb 21 2017

Today, I’m happy to announce that I’ve reissued my Underbelly Chronicles series for Kindle and Kindle Unlimited!

All the books in the series have been lightly revised, and TASTE ME and CHASE ME have brand new covers featuring models who more accurately reflect the heroes and heroines of my imagination. Many, many thanks to my graphic artist Kim Killion!

Whether you buy or borrow, thank you so much! If you’re so inclined, any and all reviews are very much appreciated.

An update…

Posted Feb 13 2017

Hi, friends!

Just a quick update on where things are at with reissuing my first two books, TASTE ME and CHASE ME, whose publication rights reverted back to me in late Dec. 2016.

After a very inconvenient hard drive crash and recovery – though is there ever a convenient time for a hard drive to crash? – formatting and conversion work on these books is nearly complete. My plan is to re-release the entire Underbelly Chronicles series by the end of February. Keep your fingers crossed!

Thanks so much for your patience! In the meantime, I know…my website’s BUY links are woefully out of date. I’ll update them with correct information as soon as the reissued books are active. 😉

Thanks again!

Tammy’s New Workshop, This Fall at The Loft!

Posted Sep 28 2016

I’ll be teaching a new workshop at The Loft Literary Center this fall called ” Scene + Structure = Story: A Plotting Technique for Advanced Novelists.”  Though the workshop title is pretty self-explanatory – hey, here’s a plotting technique advanced novelists might use for their next novel! – a more detailed class description is available at The Loft’s website.

I’d love to see you there!

Writing Difference with Roxane Gay

Posted Feb 4 2016

Last week, I took a day off from security guards, sex demons and assassins (the WIP) and joined a group of undergraduate English majors, MFA students, and other writers on the University of Minnesota Mankato campus, where we had the pleasure of listening to the amazing Roxane Gay talk about writing difference.
